Delivery

Shipping cost is determined by the value of product and suitability for shipping agent.

Typical (but not guaranteed) shipping costs are:

Royal Mail only items: £1.50 to £6.50

MyHermes Standard: £3.50 to £6.50

Parcelforce 48 Hour: £6.95 Mainland UK

Parcelforce 24 Hour: £7.95 Mainland UK

Zonal charges apply for Northern Ireland (maximum £24.95), Scottish Highlands & Islands (maximum £23.99), Isle of Wight (maximum £12.95), Isle of Man (maximum £23.95) & Scilly Isles (maximum £26.95).

Collection from store is Free of charge from WA14 5DH

Free delivery to Mainland UK for orders over £75

Pallet deliveries for larger orders can be arranged.

We aim to ship orders within 2 working days from date of order confirmation.

If there is likely to be a delay beyond our control we will endeavour to contact you & keep you informed.

We do not accept any liability for delivery dates that are not met for any reason whatsoever.

Once we have been provided with proof of delivery from the shipping agent this constitutes receipt of delivery of your order and is non-negotiable.

Non delivery of goods must be notified within 72 hours of your order dispatch confirmation and confirmed in writing within 5 days to contact@zoomcarcare.co.uk

 

Returns

The customer has the right to return any order within 24 hours of receiving it. The returned goods must be unopened and in their original packaging.

The customer is liable for the return shipping, we can arrange this if necessary.

If you wish to return any items please contact us on 0161 929 5511 or through the contact us section of the website to obtain a returns number.

If the delivery is for a special order for items not listed on our website these can only be returned if proven to be faulty or damaged (having been signed for as such).

Once goods are accepted back at our premises and have been checked for restocking a credit voucher or refund will be processed within 5 working days.

If an item is returned to us as non-delivered a refund for the order minus the shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee will be issued within 5 working days.

No returns will be accepted without prior arrangement.
